The audiences of Savoy Theatre have certainly become familiar with Alge
rian rai music over the years through various rai music concerts. Kamel El Harrachi´s music, however, is based on older Algerian music tradition, chaâbi music, whose great performer names include Dahmane El Harrachi, the father of Kamel El Harrachi. This highly acclaimed musician performs to full concert halls around Europe and interprets Algerian music with his acoustic band in a highly individual manner.
